This page describes how Straight Answers LLC treats the public website and client files. It is written in ordinary language on purpose.
What this site collects
The public pages do not ask you to create an account. If you call or email, we receive whatever you choose to say: a phone number, an email address, and the facts of the job you describe.
The client login asks only for an access code. That code stays in your browser session until you sign out or close the tab. We do not use advertising pixels on these pages.
This site may load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser then makes a request to Google’s servers under Google’s own practices.
Client files
Photographs and visit notes are for the homeowner who holds the access code. They are not testimonials and they are not published on the marketing pages.
We treat client files as private to the homeowner. We do not publish homeowner names, home street addresses, or field photographs on the public marketing pages.
Payments and advertising
If you pay an invoice by card, the card network and the processor (for example Stripe) receive the payment details those services require. This website does not collect card numbers.
If we run ads on other platforms, those platforms have their own data practices. We will update this page when that applies.
