We are not a general contractor. We do not take over the job or bid against your builder. If you need an attorney or a licensed inspector, we will say so.

Site visits on an agreed schedule. We look at the work, photograph current conditions, and write down what is there.

Notes and photographs in a client file you can open with a code. The file is for you — a private record of what was observed on site.
